Introduction: Today, in addition to having specialized and practical knowledge and skills, the police need the ability to communicate effectively, self-control in the face of job pressures and stresses, all of which are derived from emotional intelligence. This research was carried out with the aim of designing and building a police emotional intelligence tool. Method: This research is a mixed (combined) exploratory research that was conducted in two parts. The first part included 9 professors of the University of Law Enforcement Sciences, 7 of whom were male and 2 women, and in the second part, which included the students of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences, both male and female, 206 people were selected by simple random sampling. The first part was formed through a focus group meeting and using the results of the first stage, the items of the instrument were compiled and its psychometric process including the determination of face validity, content validity, construct validity using confirmatory factor analysis and determining the reliability of the instrument was carried out. Test results: In the data analysis, the sub-components of emotional intelligence were identified in the two dimensions of effective communication and good behavior; Effective communication: it contained 6 sub-themes and good manners also contained 6 sub-themes. Conclusion: This tool is one of the suitable psychometric criteria for evaluating the emotional intelligence of the police, so it can be used to evaluate the emotional intelligence of the police in the police university.

Mirza Mohammad Khan Majd al-Mulk was one of the political, critic and writers of Qajar period and his"Majdieh epistle" is one of the first literary Persian critique that before the victory of constitutional Revolution has been written and the defects and the disturbances of Nasseri era has illustrated in firm, critical and humorous publication. This essay tries to study this work in a descriptive, analytic way. The author by using the master piece of Persian literary, times subtle and deep recognizing, rich living language and using the artistic elegances skillfully has been criticized by ministers, government agents, scholars, mystics, the monarch and educated people, and the spread of bribes dedications, inappropriate ethics and undesirable manner of governors rulings, heavy taxes on the people, the profiteering of the religious authorities, the hypocrisy of the mystics, the silence and negligence of the king, and the superficial knowledge of educated people who returned from Europe. Majdolmolk, with a close look at the Qajar era, using various capacities of the Persian language, and finally the artistic use of rhetorical techniques in criticizing the epoch situations, has presented a magnificent work in the field of critical literature that can be a critical example of critical literature.

Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) has defined a security doctrine based on goals and interests of Islam and Islamic society, by which he guaranteed security for both Muslim and Non-Muslim citizens alike. His security oriented endeavors were of a complete success both in short and long terms. This paper aims to assess the roots of this security doctrine in his manners by reviewing, processing, categorizing and (re)analyzing of existed data. Hence, in the first step we reviewed the literature of security, its doctrine and discourses; and then, assessed his security treaties in two following sections. In the first section of latter part, we assessed his acts and plans while he was in Mecca, and in second part we focused on his security doctrine from Hijrah and establishment of Islamic state in Medina. Results show that prophet Mohammad (PBUH)’ s security measures has helped the process of spreading Islam in addition to assuring security in Islamic society.

Analysis of the focal component of the spiritual health of the family in the field of emotional education Emphasizing its indicators and identifiers from the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith  Abstract:     The spiritual health of the family means that the family has a purposeful and harmonious point of view with the system of creation in line with the worship of the Lord of existence, which plays a fundamental and prominent role in directing emotions and influencing the performance of its members. The spiritual health of the family can be explained in three areas: insight, emotional and behavioral. The purpose of this research is to discover the most basic component of the spiritual health of the family in the emotional field and design its indicators and identifiers from the perspective of the Qur'an and hadiths.This research has been done by analyzing verses and narrations by descriptive-analytical method and library study. The findings of the research show that "positive emotional exchange" is the central component of the spiritual health of the family in the emotional field. This focal component, as a big emotion, affects all dimensions of family life and gives direction to other emotions in life and creates the background of family peace. This focal component has two indicators of "kindness" and "good manners".The index of affection has the indicators of "expressing honest feelings in the family", "speakability" and "kissing children" and the index of good manners has the indicators of "smile" and "decoration of the face".Keywords: spiritual health, family, emotional education, kindness, pleasantness, component of emotional exchange.

In urban and rural communities, one may notice various customs, In these communities, the people help the young marry in an easy manner and have a nice family life. The people of local communities participate in and contribute to marriage expenses and ceremony, investment, money - saving, etc. in order to facilitate the marriage process of the young. In rural and nomadic communities, the relatives and the tribal members accept to pay the marriage expenses. They both pay all the expenses and gather a considerable amount of money for the newly wed. In this article, the research papers of 294 university students, during 12 years, concerning marriage, have been surveyed. Their research methods were participatory observation, interview, and using various documents. At the end, it may be concluded that the other factors, such as a change in the manner of spouse - selecting, social promotion due to education and higher status of thoughts than before, migration, ...,play a significant role too. Hence, the present difference among the variable relations originates from these factors and elements.

Background and Objectives: This Study is investigating effects of the speech and prophetic behavior in providing health and physical education. It also analyzes great attentions of religious education that can fulfill the spivitual and material needs of human. The aim of this study is to understand importance of culture building with simple language and religius literature along with prophets way of life, in providing health for the society.Materials and Methods: Some of the verses of Koran (Qoran) and religious sayings in the field of health and cleanness are sources of study and research in this article that have been done by documentation of samples and principles in religious sources and prophetic manners.Results: Contrary to the the teachings of some religions and shallow understanding of religion that considersthe spirituality to be an obstacle in front of physical education,  and health, the Islamic educational system and prophetic teachings have paid great attentions to human spiritual and material needs.Conclusion: Suitable educational goals with of Islamic values can gained a proper order. The exaltation and purification of the soul with the development of the body in the Islamic educational system has a fundamental place (position).

The effect of gibberelic acid (GA3) and ethanol on the postharvest quality and vase life of gerbera cut flowers was investigated. Freshly cut flower stems of gerbera cultivar ‘Good timing’, were put in vases containing zero, 50, 100, 150, 200 or 300 mgL-1 GA3 for 48 hr and then held in vases containing 2.5 percent ethanol and three percent sucrose in two methods. In the first method, the vase solutions were not replaced but in the second method, the vase solutions replaced and refreshed when solution uptake was measured. The vase was placed in chambers at 25 oC and relative humidity about 70 percent with 14 hr photoperiod that was maintained using fluorescent lamps (light intensity of 15 μmolm-2s-1). Data were recorded for vase life, fresh weight, solution uptake, membrane stability, total soluble solid over time and analyzed statistically. Results revealed that GA3 with 50 mgL-1 was the most effective treatments for vase life, fresh weight, solution uptake, membrane stability and total soluble solid of gerbera cut flowers. Also results show that application of ethanol in second method (refreshing) was better than application in the first method as constant vase solution.

Relationship between microorganisms with chemical signals is called quorum sensing (QS). This process has been found in most microorganisms (gram negative and gram positive bacteria and also fungi). QS is required for different activities of microorganisms such as, virulence factor secretion, motility, competence, biofilm and sporulation. There are different molecules as signals in disparate microorganisms. Biofilm formation is one of the significant functions of QS. Biofilms are  groups of microorganisms that are tied to a surface (biotic or abiotic). One of the remarkable roles of biofilm is creation persistent bacteria. Biofilm formed in most of pathogen microorganisms and play the main role in their pathogenicity. Many studies had been done about QS, biofilm formation and ways against biofilm formation. These studies could help to the  removal of microorganisms that formed biofilm. Here we describe QS and biofilm formation in some important microorganisms and suggested ways to eradicating biofilm formation of them.
